HOW TO USE BAKING SODA AND TOOTHPASTE FOR BLACK HEADS

Baking Soda is an amazing remedy for acne black heads . 

Yo can make it more effective by using  combination of toothpaste with baking soda .

INGREDIENTS 

Toothbrush                   1 piece 

toothpaste                    1 tea spoon

backing soda                1 tea spoon 

water                             2 tea spoon

Mix these three ingredients to make a paste . 

Apply this paste to face gently with the brush 

Massage with brush gently for 1 minute

Rinse with lukewarm water .

you can use it on

- Forehead

- Chin 

- Nose

I personally tried this treatment and the results were amazing.
